Marqués de Cáceres Crianza 2011 (Garnacha, Graciano, Tempranillo and Garnacha tinta)
TASTING NOTES OF 2011 Marqués de Cáceres Crianza:
- View: Dark ruby red.
- Nose: Fresh aromas of red berries with hints of vanilla and sweet spices.
- Mouth: Friendly and frank on the attack with ripe tannins and harmonious depth. Meaty and tasty on the palate
WINERY: Marqués de Cáceres
GRAPES: 85% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha and 5% Graciano.
VINIFICATION: The destemming is followed by an alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures, that start at 10ºC and rise up to 28ºC. Long maceration period on the leaf of up to 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGING: In barrels of French (60%) and American (40%) oak. 25% of the barrels are new, 25% are two years old, 25% are 3 years old and 25% are 4 years old. One year in the bottle.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
