Marqués de Cáceres

Marqués de Cáceres

Marqués de Cáceres has always considered that the quality of its red wines should "bring out in full the character of the grapes with a peaceful period in oak". For this reason, the soil, the grape varieties, the vinification process and ageing in oak are the protagonists forming the basis that lends distinction to the wines and, at the same time, creates their distinctive personality.

Taste and appearance The family winery Marques de Caceres from the heart of the Rioja has conquered in just a few decades by consistently good wines and consistently high quality a fixed name among the great wineries in the world. Although the Blanco Marques de Caceres as a young white wine is not one of the internationally renowned Red Wine grenades the big leagues, but exudes the same uncompromising quality strategy and the same master craftsmanship like the Tinto of the house. The 100% Viura - like the Macabeo grape is called in Rioja - dates back more than 30 year old vines that grow on clay and limestone. The Marques de Caceres Blanco shines in the glass in a bright straw yellow. On the nose aromas of green apples, peaches and surprisingly clear citrus notes. On the palate, very fresh and lively, with very nice balanciertem acid-fruit balance. Serving The Marques de Caceres Blanco fits perfectly with salads, fish and rice and as an aperitif in warm summer neighbor. The grape Marques de Caceres white is 100% of the Spanish Viura- (Macabeo) vine. The origin Marques de Caceres comes from the D. O. Ca Rioja in northeast Spain.
