Luis Cañas Crianza 2016 (Garnacha and Tempranillo)

GRAPES: Tempranillo, Garnacha.
AGEING: 12 months in barrels of French and American oak.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a full stripping process. After pressing, maceration of the must takes place over a period of 12 hours. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 22 ° C, for a period of 20 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for a period of 12 months in barrels of French and American oak. Finally, the wine is bottled.
