Lindes de Remelluri "Viñedos de San Vicente de la Sonsierra" 2010 (Garnacha, Graciano, Tempranillo and Garnacha negra)
- View: Lindes de Remelluri Viñedos de San Vicente 2010 is bright cherry, red-garnet rim, medium-high and moderately thin tinted tear.
- Nose: good intensity showing a ripe red and black fruit but fresh, toasted oak well marked with a very refreshing balsamic notes (much more abundant than La Bastida), mountain herbs, violets, fine spices grain (and some nail peppers), tanning light touches that really stand out, notes of undergrowth and scrub (st), notes liquor that surround the whole.
- Mouth: Notable entry with a quite marked and drying astringency (last long), quite nerve path but light and pleasant (less weight compared to that of La Bastida), something green tannins giving it some character and personality, balsamic with hints quite refreshing menthol, licorosas notes, good acidity and quite persistent. Final long aftertaste of ripe fruit and smoky aftertaste and balsamic.

PAIRING: Cooked, Pasta with meat sauce, Grilled red meats, Stews, Steak tartare
WINEMAKING: has been 12 months in French oak and American.
