Lanzaga 2013 (Garnacha, Graciano and Tempranillo)
- View: It is garnet, intense ruby red.
- Nose: fruity, with aromas of ripe red fruit, balsamic notes and dairy. Spicy flavors with a light background of mountain.
- Mouth: large, tasty, with good tour, well integrated tannins, with hints of ripe fruit and toasted nose perceived touches. Final with spicy memories.
VINEYARD: Telmo Rodríguez Wine Company. Founded in 1994 by Telmo Rodriguez in the Rioja Alavesa, it has vineyards planted in glass and worked in biodynamics. Its vineyards are located at altitudes between 500 and 700 meters above sea level, on shallow soils with a loamy, stony and chalky texture with low fertility and water holding capacity.
GRAPES: Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha.
AGEING: the aging process takes place for 14 months in fudres from 1500 to 2500 liters and in 225 liter French oak.
PREPARATION: vintage varietals Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha is done manually, making the selection of the best grapes in their own and ecological vineyards, which are collected in boxes and taken to the winery where they carried out their fermentation which it is performed with native yeasts in cement vats kilograms 6500-8500.
PAIRING: small game, grilled red meat, red meat with sauce, white meat, cold meats and fatty cheeses.
