Lalomba Rosado Finca Lalinde de Ramón Bilbao 2019 (Garnacha and Viura)

- Mouth: good weight on the palate, fresh, floral and citrus aromas and excellent acidity, long flavors.
GRAPES: 90% Grenache, 10% Viura
AGEING: Aged for 5 months on its lees.
ELABORATION collected manually in boxes of 12 kg, the grape is transferred in refrigerated truck to the cellar Lalomba, Haro, where it is pressed at 90 minute cycles. This wine is used for only the must of the first pressings softer. The must macerated with lees for three days to 3 to 4 degrees. The fermentation takes place in concrete tanks exclusively designed
WINE PAIRING: with appetizers, vegetables, fatty fish, sushi and mussels.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 11-13ºC
