La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904 1997 (Graciano and Tempranillo)
- View: Red colour with brick-red flashes.
- Nose: The nose is complex with hints of spice, leather and berries.
- Mouth: The mouth, the taste is long, spicy balsamic notes and presents, and some touches of chocolate.
VINEYARD: La Rioja Alta
METHOD: The alcoholic fermentation took place in 12 days, five days after racking. The malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks in 35 days naturally. In March 1998 came to cask wine being racked by the traditional method of oak barrels for four years, every 6 months. In order to preserve maximum aroma components, this wine was not filtered, passing directly from barrel to bottle.
STAY IN BARRELS: Ages 48 months in French oak barrels.
Grapes: Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%)
OPTIMAL USE: Serve at 16 º C
PERCENTAGE OF ALCOHOL: 13.2%

On July 10, 1890, five Basque and Rioja-based vine growers created "Sociedad Vinicola De La Rioja Alta" in what is known as the Haro Station District.
