La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904 (Graciano and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES :
- View: La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904 is red tile with iodinated edges, middle layer .
- Nose: Intense aroma with notes of spices, hardwoods, mint chocolate background of plums, CÉPAGES and candied fruit .
- Mouth: Balanced on the palate, with good structure, polished tannins, silky and elegant. Large and complex aftertaste with a soft and durable.
ALCOHOL: 13.2 %
PAIRING : Excellent wine for the second course of a meal and dessert with chocolate.
TEMPERATURE: 18 ° C
WINEMAKING: The alcoholic fermentation took place in 14 days, four days later descubándose controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 39 days, naturally. AGEING: In December 1999, the wine was transferred to oak, still racked by the traditional method of barrel to barrel for 4 years, every 6 months. Bottling: The wine was bottled in April 2004 .
