GRAPES: Tempranillo (95%) of Briñas, Labastida and Villalba, Graciano (3%) and Mazuelo (2%) of our Melchorón I and II (Rodezno), vineyards over 40 years old. All vineyards.
AGING AND DEVELOPMENT: still a very thorough selection process. Only the best grapes are transported in small boxes chilled to the winery, where the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place without incident.After the cold winter we conducted a second selection, this time wine for aging for a period of six years in American oak barrels handcrafted in our cooperage.
