You will like to know that...

La Montesa is a wine that surpasses itself with every year and that seduces with its deeply aromatic, round style and its exquisite texture, the 2016 vintage being a harvest of exceptional quality and quantity.

In fact, this is one of the most outstanding reds on the Spanish market thanks to its great value for money, and there are few wines that can boast such a special character in the less than €10 range.

But, the truth is that it could not be otherwise, taking into account that behind it we discoverthe unmistakable mark of Álvaro Palacios through the Palacios Remondo winery, a project led by the prestigious Spanish winemaker in the region of Alfaro (La Rioja).

This is where the La Montesa vineyard recovers the historical affinity with its original landscape, Mount Yerga, and shows us, through the native variety of Garnacha grapes, a full definition of geography, climate, terroir and environment.
