Uvene 2011

The of Bodegas Bretón makes friends.
The Uvene stands out for its pale yellow colour. Citrus hints of lemon and grapefruit. This white is a bit acidic. It depends on your taste.
The best pairing would have been fish.

All of my friends were delighted about this wine.
Red with violet nuances. Smell of gooseberries. Blueberry flavour.
I had it with duck confit and I think that they pair quite well.

Of a light yellow colour. Very pleasant citrus scent. I liked the taste of blackberries in this Uvene.
To combine with seafood from the north of Spain.
A wine to celebrate with friends.

Cherry, middle layer. This red wine has a chestnut background. Slight smoky flavour and very light.
I took it with an octopus and I liked it.
In a tasting course we had the pleasure to try.
