Good colour. Aromas of coffee and wood. The barrel leaves good flavours.
I had it with duck confit and I think that they pair quite well.
Special wine for couples.

TASTING NOTES:View: Shown in beautiful glass of cherry red color.Nose: It offers aromas of ripe fruit, licorice, intense spices and balsamic tones.Mouth: The palate is round, balanced and elegant.APPELLATION: Rioja, Spain.VINEYARD: Wine Company of Northern Spain - CVNE.GRAPES: Mazuela, Graciano, Tempranillo.AGEING: aged for 22 months in barrels of French and American oak, during which apply rackings every 4 months. Once breeding is completed, clarified and bottled, making a bottle aging in the cellar draft of the end of tune before heading out to the market.PREPARATION: The grapes cold macerated prior to fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel and the end of the fermentation another long post-fermentation maceration is performed.WINE PAIRING: Ideal with sheep cheese, roasted red meat, white fish to the oven, Iberian ham, roast lamb and bluefish.RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 ° CALCOHOL: 13.5%
