TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow with golden hues.
- Nose: Aromatic notes to various fruits; highlight dates and bananas. It has woody notes and toast.
- Mouth: Fresh and character flavor with balanced acidity and fleshy texture to the palate with a powerful aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Rioja.VINEYARD: Hacienda López de Haro.GRAPES: Viura.
AGEING: This wine is aged 3 months in French oak barrels.PREPARATION: The grapes are macerated gently before the pressing operation, then the wort is carried stainless steel tanks, where it is fermented with natural yeast at cold temperatures. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 months before stabilizing, filtered and bottled.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, seafood, lobster, fresh salads, risottos, pastas, paellas, carpaccio, poultry, lamb, pork chop, fresh cheeses, cream desserts and fruit.RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 10-12 °CALCOHOL: 12.5%

Hacienda López de Haro is situated high on a hill, in a strategic environment, as well as most of the winery is underground. This causes the air is natural, keeping the temperature stable throughout the year.

Typical opacity of a Bodega Clássica. Very nice lemon scent. I noticed a kind of salty aftertaste in the finish.
This Hacienda López de Haro Blanco was a very good pairing for the desserts.
TASTING NOTES:
APPELLATION: La Rioja.
VINEYARD: Compendium of old vines of Viura.
GRAPES: Viura mainly, supplemented with small amounts of Malvasia and Garnacha Blanca.
AGEING: 2 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The harvest is done manually during the month of October. It is performed a process of 24 hours maceration, soft condensate and controlled fermentation temperature in small stores.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, salads, appetizers.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
