TASTING NOTES of Diamante :

  • View: straw yellow colour with golden tones.
  • Nose: fresh floral aromas and touches of ripe fruit.
  • Mouth: smooth and creamy


VINEYARD: Bodegas Franco-Españolas

GRAPES: Malvasía, Viura,

PREPARATION: The grapes are passed through a stainless steel funnel and are destemmed and lightly crushed. Then, the skin, pulp, seeds and juice remain in contact for approximately 14 hours in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10ºC. After extraction, the must is fermented at an average temperature of 16ºC. Fermentation is stopped to preserve the natural sugars that give this wine its unique personality
