Cuneviña Real Reserva 2014 (Graciano, Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
- View: bright garnet red color with a deep intensity.
- Nose: Aroma of ripe red fruits well combined with hints of toffee, spice and smoky notes, berries and licorice well complemented with spices and vanilla.
- Mouth: clean taste, well structured where the same notes appear that are already on the nose, complex, oaky notes, intense, long and smooth with a distinctive end of light freshness and persistence.
APPELLATION: Rioja (La Rioja, Spain)
VINEYARD: Bodega Viña Real.
GRAPES: Tempranillo (90%), Graziano (4%), Mazuelo (4%) and Grenache (2%)
AGEING: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Then the wine is aged in new barrels and second use, 70% French and 30% American where they stay 22 months. Once bottled, the wine is aged for a minimum of one year and then go out to the market.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually. In the cellars they are pressed and macerated at temperatures warm and cold.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste with red meats, fish, stews, sausages, game birds, sausage, lamb, pork chops, pasta red sauce, risotto with mushrooms, ripe cheese and nuts.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 - 18 ° C
ALCOHOL: 13 - 15%
