Description of Cuneviña Real Crianza 2016
Cuneviña Real Crianza 2016 (Graciano, Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: ripe cherry garnet color.
- Nose: attractive aromatic intensity which include wild black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries own liquorice intermingled with the tempranillo variety. The elegance of this wine is given by the equilibrium that occurs with the aromas from barrel aging, such as cocoa, nutmeg, sheet pure and sweet spice notes.
- Mouth: it is round, with friendly pronounced tannin structure giving what gives us a long, lingering finish.
APPELLATION: DO Rioja, Spain.
VINEYARD: Bodega Viña Real.
GRAPES: Tempranillo, Mazuela, Graciano and Garnacha.
AGEING: the wine after malolactic fermentation, passes mainly American oak barrels where it stays between 13-14 months. During this time the wine is acquiring the aromatic balance that characterizes to the same as its finesse and overall expression.
PREPARATION: wine made from grapes from Rioja Alavesa area manually harvested and processed in Viña Real. The destemmed grapes is deposited in stainless steel tanks with temperature control which makes the alcoholic fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect with a wide range of dishes such as cooked, stew, fish sauce and all kinds of meats.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
