You will like to know that…
Cirsión 2016 is the high-end cuvée of Roda, which is made with a selection of vines from its vineyards - based on a R & D development focused on the polymerization of tannins in the grapes -, it is not a standard "superriojano". Contrary to what happens with most of the Rioja elite reds, which abound in concentration and power, Cirsion seeks excellence in elegance and complexity, and in a fineness and aromatic richness that is revealed even when wine is young.
It is a red that is enjoyed alone, in good company and that harmonizes with a wide range of dishes, even with chocolate desserts.
Description of Cirsion 2016
Cirsion 2016 (Graciano and Tempranillo)
RO-DA is the cellar Rotllant Mario and Carmen Daurella, two passionate wine world, arrived in La Rioja to "pull up the entrails wine vineyard, soil, climate, landscape" wines to enjoy. Old vines, only native red grape varieties (Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano) and absolute respect for the vintage are the basis of his philosophy. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
In the Rioja, where there seemed to be nothing left to achieve, in Haro's world famous century-old Barrio de la Estacion district, on a terrace jutting into one of the bends in the Ebro river, the beginning of this whole adventure was to take place.More about the Winery
