Elaboration of Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 1994
Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 1994 (Garnacha, Mazuelo and Tempranillo)
Bright tawny red in color, with an open nose of rich spice and fruit balanced by firm, subtle oak. The palate begins light and warm, but becomes increasingly serious with hints of mushroom and nuts, and balanced by clear acidity and soft tannins.
How to serve

Reviews of Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 1994
Marques de Murrieta Castillo Ygay 2007
A red Bordeaux Garnacha. Smelling it, I noticed the aromas of blackberries. Very light.
We had it while we waited for the meal, with appetizers.
Marqués de Murrieta Finca Ygay Reserva 2014
We had it with a birthday cake.
I drank it together with my sister.
