Det gick bra till middagen. Jag prövade detta med vännerna från Mundillo.
Röd med violetta kanter. Den hade en god smak av bär. Det var inte gott, smakade som öronvax.

We proefden het bij een georganiseerde proeverij.
Diep bigarreau kersen van kleur en medium donker. Zeer goede aroma's van vanille. Het smaakte me de zuurgraad.
Ik raad niet aan het met dit rode van Bodegas Carlos Serres met vlees te gebruiken.
