Description of Beronia Rosado 2019
Beronia Rosado 2019 (Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright raspberry pink, pearly reflections.
- Nose: red fruit, cherries, strawberries, rose petals, fruity aromas and floral aromas
- Mouth: balanced, unctuous, sweet, fruity, red fruit, creme caramel and strawberry.
APPELLATION: Rioja.
VINEYARD: three parcels of vineyards with an average age of between 25 and 35 years. Vines are treated through a sustainable and environment-friendly agriculture. Yields are limited to 6,500 kg. Per hectare.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
AGEING: aged on the lees in the bottle.
PREPARATION: cold maceration in contact with the skins for several hours. After a static racking is performed at 5 ° C and immediately thereafter fermented at a controlled temperature below 22 ° C for two weeks.
WINE PAIRING: white fish, white meats and salads.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 ° C
ALCOHOL: 13.5%

Beronia Winery was born in 1973 close to its present site, surrounded by vineyards of the native varieties of La Rioja Alta: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and Viura.
