Especially long maceration periods provide a maximum extraction of the Tempranillo's primary aromas. At each step during the elaboration process, the enologist of Baigorri holds his eye over this delicious red. This way, this Tempranillo has already won numerous awards. For instance, this wine is already known as one of the best Spanish for under 10€. And the 2012 vintage of Baigorri de Garage counts on a silver medal from Mundus Vini 2017, as well as 88/100 points of Decanter.
