Alto Otero, the place whose name inspires that of Altos Ibéricos Crianza 2015, is where Bodegas Torres has located the winery that this Crianza wine hails from. It is a place of great beauty, where nature and gastronomy go hand in hand. Perhaps this is why this is such an elegant and contemporary wine, designed to pair perfectly with the new avant-garde cooking trends. A quality wine that in previous vintages has won recognition in major competitions such as the Challenge International du Vin (Silver Medal), the Concours International des Vins (Silver Medal) or the Selections Mondiales (Gold Medal), among others. A consistent wine that represents good value for money.

The first time I drank it with people from Bodegas Torres.
Intense red Bordeaux. Vanilla aromas. Pleasant, well-balanced.
Unfortunately, it did not match with food, although the wine was really ok.

Altos Ibéricos 2011
Light colored icing. The nose is an interesting combination of blackberries and roasted, well balanced. The palate has a very nice entrance, is very velvety, silky, easy to drink and ends with an acidity that makes it quite large. It is very interesting to take wine by the glass.
