Luis Cañas

Luis Cañas Wineries is a family-owned winery that dates back to 1928 although the family has been in the winegrowing and winemaking business for more than two centuries. However, it was in 1970 that LUIS CAÑAS began marketing their young wines. It was from this time on that sales increased and the seeds of what is nowadays one of the leading wineries of the Rioja Alavesa Region were sown.

It had an intense colour. When you smell it you can note aromas such as licorice, violet, .... Roasted flavours.
To this red would have paired better with a softer meat.
With snobby guys.
