I got this Zaleo Pardina in a wine stand.
I retained the colour, amber yellow. Lemon and grapefruit aromas. Good flavour and long aftertaste.

Ihad it with my friends at home.
A beautiful colour. On the nose, white fruits noticeable. Flavours are well balanced.
To take it with prawns.

2012 tastes very good with a pasta salad. A white wine special for someone special too.
A beautiful vivid colour. On the nose, white fruits noticeable. It has a mild flavour.

To me, this 2011 seemed more yellow than other vintages. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. Reminded me of burned wood and it was a pleasant taste.
Should absolutely be paired with fish.
This 2011 was the recommended by a friends of us.
