Viña Pedrosa Reserva 2015 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Tinta Fina)
- View: Ruby red, intense and brilliant color.
- Nose: Aromas complex and powerful. Highlights aromas of parenting as spices, herbs, vanilla, balsam.
- Boca: is characterized by large, powerful. Its finish is long and persistent.
APPELLATION: O.D. Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Hermanos Perez Easter.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tinto Fino.
AGEING: 24 months in French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes are collected manually, each variety is placed macerated and ferment separate parts. The blend is 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
PAIRING: elegant wine that can accompany red meat cooked on a grill, roast lamb. And semi-cured cheeses, goat and sheep 1uesos. Small game meats. Seafood casserole. Rice with vegetables and spices.

This wine cellar, a pioneer in Ribera del Duero, began activities in 1980, when three brothers, Benjamín, Manuel and Adolfo Pérez Pascuas, convinced of the excellent potential that lay in the vineyards owned by their father, Mauro, decided to initiate an ambitious project: to make one of the best wines in Spain and to carve a niche for it in the international marketplace.More about the Winery
