TASTING NOTES:
- View: Old gold, yellow-tan, plenty of fine bubble
- Nose: Good intensity, nothing else is opened out fresh apple which gives way to elegant toasted wood oven bread and yeast.
- Palate: fresh with good acidity, well integrated carbon, appears again in the mouth such that we percibodo previously roasted, fried almonds and an end not too long
GRAPES: Chadornnay and merlot
AGEING: Traditional method with 12 months French oak barrels and 40 months in bottle
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
