It has a rather light pink colour. It has a pleasant smell of acid strawberries . It reminded me of black plums.
Any meat will suit.
I gave it to my parents and we tried it together.

Vineyards planted on slopes facing south, soil unfertile mostly chalky.GRAPES: Tinta of the country.PREPARATION: Vintage done manually.
