Description of Protos Roble 2018
Protos Roble 2018 (Tempranillo and Tinta del País)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: It is cherry red with purple trim. Bright and clean.
- Nose: Powerful, intense, complex and very expressive, with aromas of fresh fruit mixed with notes of red berries and hints of sweet spices and toasted soft.
- Mouth: fruity, fresh, good structure, sweet and balanced, with pleasant and soft tannins. With final approval and persistent.

VINEYARD: Bodega Protos.
GRAPES: Tempranillo
AGEING: The aging process is performed for a period of 6 months in American oak barrels. After bottling their upbringing is additional 6 months before being marketed.
PREPARATION: The harvest of its varietal is performed manually and the grapes are then transported to the winery in boxes of 20 kg and subjected to a selection process table. After being de-stemmed, the grapes are pressed and processed for maceration with the skins. Fermentation process is carried out for 15 days at 24ºC controlled in stainless steel tanks temperature.
PAIRING: Red meats, game, fish, rice dishes, legumes, vegetables, cereals, pastas, soups, cold cuts and semi-hard cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-16 ° C
