TASTING NOTES OF Protos Crianza 375ml 2012:
- View: cherry red, garnet rim and purple flashes of his youth.
- Nose: intense and complex wine, aromas of ripe fruit, sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon, cloves), licorice and toasted pleasant.
- Mouth: broad, structured and very fruity, pleasant fruity sensations of the nose, memories of fine woods, very well integrated. Long finish very aromatic.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Bodegas Protos
GRAPES: 100% fine Tinto.
WINE PAIRING: poultry dishes, game meats, stews blunt, rice, pasta or cold cuts.

The smell of violets was so strong that it seemed curious to me. I don't know how to describe it, but to me it had a good taste.

We drank a pair of bottles of Protos Crianza 375ml 2013 with my friend.
Red colour followed by reddish brown. It has aromas that reminded me of white roses. Nice,dense, warm in the mouth.
