TASTING NOTES:
- View: Portia Prima 2011 has a strong cherry red color, with garnet, clean and bright.
- Nose: Entrance marked by roasted, then leave the forest fruit notes, slightly stewed and spiced with interesting memories (clove and coconut)
- Mouth: The palate is elegant and balanced with good tannin structure nice and good acidity. The mouth leaves balsamic and fruit with a long finish in which roasted notes are appreciated.

PAIRING: It's perfect to serve with bean stews and cooked chorizo, mushrooms or champiññones, rice, fatty fish, cheese and any type of meat.
