TASTING NOTES OF Pago de los Capellanes Reserva 2012:
- View: ruby red, clean and maroon.
- Nose: Fine, complex, ripe fruit, ripe cherry, cassis, fine woods, spicy, vanilla, coconut and licorice.
- Mouth: balanced, tasty, sweet, well-integrated acidity, ripe tannins, ample, good entrance, fine, elegant, long finish.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Pago de los Capellanes
GRAPES: Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon.
AGEING: 18 months in new French oak barrels.
