Pago de los Capellanes Reserva 2006 (Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: looking very clean and bright, a middle layer to be uploaded to medium-high, pretty intense cherry cherry cherry reflections in the meniscus is very thin. Good watering.
- Nose: dense, greedy and touches of strength in both fruit and in Parenting. As the glass is opening the delicate nuances are joining the dominant fruit and amderadas, appearing delicate mineral notes, fine and pleasant spicy compotados a surprisingly clean fruit for the vintage.
- Mouth: power of lovely, balanced and long, from the beginning has good balance and excellent memories of ripe fruit and successful breeding.
Grapes: Tempranillo
AGEING: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels of medium toast and 20 in bottle. 27. 000 bottles
