TASTING NOTES OF Pago de los Capellanes Joven Roble 2003:

Very vivid color and intense cherry, middle layer. The nose shows very nice fruity aromas of good intensity with balsamic, mint, chocolate and a background of orange peel, roasted soft, light touches of leather. The palate is structured and voluminous, very fresh and with good acidity. This young wine leaves a tasty and expressive flavor, with a tannic finesse.

VINEYARD: Payment of Chaplains.

STAY IN BARRELS: 3 months aging in new French oak.

GRAPES: Tempranillo (80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), Merlot (10%).
