Pago de los Capellanes Crianza 2010 (Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo)

- Nose: fine, balsamic aromas and notes of herbs, fennel, licorice and ripe black fruit combined with wood.
- Mouth: full-bodied, well-integrated acidity, fruity aftertaste with a long and persistent finish.

VINEYARD: Pago de los Capellanes
GRAPES: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon
AGING: 12 months in new French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The malolactic fermentation is carried out without addition of bacteria and the temperature is controlled at 20° C during a period of 22 days, controlling rates of malic acid and lactic acid. When malic acid is under 0.1 g / l, the transfer is done by separating the lees and filling the cold leads directly to the wine barrels.
PAIRING: It goes perfectly with all kinds of meat and well seasoned stews.
ALCOHOL: 13,5% Vol.
