Pedro Ruíz, who at the age of 35 has already been 10 years at the head of the winery, explains: "The 2015 vintage, tasting after tasting, showed a clear increase in concentration and expressiveness, as well as the freshness and elegance that we were looking for. It was the moment".
Pago de Carraovejas 2015 also presents a careful change of image, carried out by the Xavier Bas Disseny studio from Barcelona, chosen by the winery for its particular sensitivity towards the wine sector.

- Nose: floral aromas, hints of red fruit, hints of creamy oak.
- Mouth: good acidity, hints of spice and a fine, powerful tannins and tasty.

Pago de Carraovejas is a unique wine with its own personality, with a claw and the character that gets and treasured by dint of their feelings build highly expressive aromas of intense color, a meaty flavor, powerful and exuberant in which express the characteristics that give each of their caste: Ink of the country, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which bind the essential nuances that provides the "terroir" of the slopes of Carraovejas.

- Utseende: intensiv rubinröd hög lager.
- Näsa: doft av röd frukt vid tidpunkten (körsbär och hallon), trevliga anteckningar, balsamvinäger (lakrits) och mejeri medel, läcker vanilj nyanser.
- Mun: välsmakande och krämig, med en magnifik frukt belastning,. en slät och elegant tanniner. Ihållande och slut med inslag av röda bär.
