TASTING NOTES:
- View: dark red burgundy, very intense, high layer.
- Nose: delicate, floral, intense and mineral claw.
- Mouth: powerful, structured and nuanced mouth.

APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: plot located on a hillside 900 meters with slopes of between 30 and 40%, established a system of terraces.
GRAPES: 84% Tinto Fino, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot.

AGEING: 12 months in new French oak barrels superfine grain.
PREPARATION: After a first selection in the vineyard, grape passage of cold storage and sorting table and entering the winery by gravity. Fermented small wooden vats with yeasts to enhance the characteristics of the origin and add, malolactic fermentation, with native microbiota, developed in the same step tubs and wine barrels by gravity.

WINE PAIRING: Roasted game, cured cheeses and sausages.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
