Pago de Carraovejas 2016 is the result of the effort and "respect for the origin, the soul of a path and the excitement of a road yet to travel", following the line started with the 2015 vintage, when the winery abandoned the traditional classification according to the times of upbringing to join an unstoppable trend in Spain that defends the origin and character of wines over standardized processes of elaboration.
The result is again brilliant, a wine that does the job of expressing the characteristics of the terroir, with character and balance.
