Nebro 2015 (Tempranillo)
- View: This wine is intense cherry red with purple trim and edge garnet tones.
- Nose: It is perceived aromas of mocha, coffee, spice box, floral notes and wild blackberries. It has smell of ripe fruit and mineral nuances with great varietal expression. Full complexity touches of toffee scent of its time in oak.
- Mouth: On the palate, notes of red fruits are appreciated. A wine with great length and soft toasted aftertaste. The palate is round, rich, luscious, ripe tannins. It has a fat and volume entry, accompanying to the end, the structure being perceived this long and persistent.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero (Castilla y Leon, Spain).
VINEYARD: Finca Villacreces.
AGEING: This wine is stored for aging in French oak barrels fine grain again for about fourteen months.
PREPARATION: The grape harvest is done manually in boxes of fifteen kilos each in the second and third week of October. From there it goes to a double selection table, cluster and grain. Then it goes to the despalillado and then the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then passes malolactic fermentation in new barrels, where it matures fine-grained French oak (Darnajou) for fourteen months before its sale to the market.
WINE PAIRING: You can accompany a dish of venison or deer. It is ideal companion game meats.

GRADUATION: 14 5%.
Intense cherry red color, almost black. The nose is very expressive, with spicy, very ripe red fruit that are are always present. The palate is soft, with a delicate set of fruit, sweet tannins and wood, it has a rich, pleasant final body attack. Magnifico, complex and original. Very elegant.
MARRIAGE: Red meat beef (ox, cow) roasted or grilled, big game (deer, wild boar, roe) and certain species of game birds such as woodcock and wood pigeon. Complex sauces.
Twinkling cherry colour. Toasty aromas. Distinctive oxidation notes on the palate.
A 2011 goes fine with snacks.
