Matarromera Prestigio 2011 (Tinta del País)
TASTING NOTES OF Matarromera Prestigio 2011:
- View: dark cardinal, very intense, purple tones. Well covered, clean and bright.
- Nose: broad, powerful and very complex, very ripe black fruit (blackberry, blackberry) in excellent balance with aromas of vanilla, black pepper, cloves, licorice, black chocolate, leather and cocoa.
- Mouth: powerful skeleton sweet tannins, a fleshy, well combined with a measure acidity. Persistence of existing same aromas on the nose, great complexity and a harmonious and persistent long finish.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Payment La Cabaña.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
PAIRING: Red meats, roasts and game.
