Matarromera Gran Reserva 2014 (Tempranillo)

TASTING NOTES:

View: intense cardinal red, violet tones, clean and bright.
Nose: aromas of ripe black fruit, followed by aromas of wood.
Mouth: great persistence, a large structure in the mouth and a powerful body with elegant, silky and persistent pace.

APPELLATION: Ribera de Duero.

GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Tempranillo.

AGEING: A 36-month long aging in oak barrels followed by two more years of bottle aging.

WINE PAIRING: red meat, pasta, vegetable, meats, cheese and pates.
