TASTING NOTES OF Matarromera Gran Reserva 2005:
- View: intense red cardinal, violet tones. Very covered layer, clean and bright.
- Nose: broad, intense and very complex, very ripe red fruit (plum, strawberry, currant, fig and blackberry), aging aromas, spices such as vanilla, licorice and roasted coffee, cocoa, fine leather, snuff and menthol.
- Mouth: large and fleshy structure wide, generous and very elegant way, elegant, silky and long finish, with a magnificent persistence.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Payment of Matarromera, 850 meters
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
MATCHING WINE: Red meats, roasts and game.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
