Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2015 (Tempranillo and Tinto Fino)

VINEYARD: Terroir: Sanchomartín is a payment of 1 ha. Located in the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, on a hillside on the right bank of the Duero (South), about 780 meters above sea level. Soils, chalky-clayey marked character, give vinifera freshness in times of greater aridity.
GRAPES: Tinto Fino.
AGEING: Aged 18 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: maceration with the skins for 28 days, malolactic fermentation in French oak.
PAIRING: beef tenderloin.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
