Elaboration of Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2007
Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2007 (Tempranillo and Tinto Fino)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2007 has a ripe cherry colour with violet notes.
- Nose: Aromas genuine. Large and persistent.
- Palate: The palate and silky initially evolves into a powerful sweet tooth structure and very condensed tannins getting a very long persistence. Purpose of numerous awards and recognitions, the Malleolus of Sanchomartín has already become a classic and an international benchmark. A wine that will offer its full potential if we have the patience to let it sit in the bottle for 6 or 8 years.
