Elaboration of Legaris Crianza Magnum 2014

Legaris Crianza Magnum 2014 (Tempranillo and Tinta del País)

The destemmed grapes and gently moved to stainless steel tanks, which made a maceration at low temperature to increase until after starting the fermentation. This process lasts for about 12-14 days. The wine made the malolactic fermentation and was then racked into barrels (25% new) from different coopers, half French and half American oak oak, where he is aged about 12 months. The wine was subjected to a gentle filtration.

4/5

The border colour was almost brown . To emphasize on this  the smell of coffee. Passes easily across the palate, smooth and very nice.
It was too well-bodied for our meal.
My friends liked the Legaris Crianza Magnum Bodega Legaris.

4/5

I visited the winery and bought it a few bottles there.
Ruby colour apparently, but it had more intense reflection. Toasted and smoky aromas. Good acidity for my taste.

It looks like a red fruit compote. A slight flavour of raspberries this red.
is one of the best I've tasted.
