Elaboration of Legaris Crianza 2014
Legaris Crianza 2014 (Tempranillo and Tinta del País)
The destemmed grapes and gently moved to stainless steel tanks, which made a maceration at low temperature to increase until after starting the fermentation. This process lasts for about 12-14 days. The wine made the malolactic fermentation and was then racked into barrels (25% new) from different coopers, half French and half American oak oak, where he is aged about 12 months. Legaris has a total area of almost 100 hectares of vineyards that extend along two payments located in the municipalities of Curiel de Duero and San Martín de Rubiales. From the vineyards that surround our cellar you get an impressive view of the hill on which the castle of Peñafiel settles.
