La Planta 2012 (Tempranillo and Tinto Fino)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: La Planta 2012 has a cherry red color with violet robe.
- Nose: Fresh aromas of cassis and currant. Notes of spice, toast and licorice.
- Mouth: Compiled from strains grown 20 years old, 900 meters above sea level in the population of Onesimus Quintanilla. Wine: Vegetables, mushrooms, wild game dishes, Iberian and tapas. Palate: Velvety, elegant, tasty and fruity. Ripe and round. Alcohol content: 14,0% Optimum serving temperature: 16 º C. The fruitiness (Youth) has a perfect balance with the elegance (aging in wood). It is a semi-mature aging redondo.La 2009 vintage is the most comprehensive since it began making Plant, was a vintage spectacular both qualitatively and sensorial.La analytical and light aging in French oak barrels American for 6 months makes it a wine full of fruit but with maturity and elegance.
