Elaboration of La Felisa 2018
La Felisa 2018 (Tempranillo and Tinta Fina)
- View: ripe cherry red color very alive.
- Nose: aromas dominate the Tinta Fina in its purest version and primary schools, with hints of black fruits, violet and licorice and subtle toasted notes.
- Boca: are tannins, anthocyanins and antioxidants.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINEYARD: Emilio Moro.
AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: After manual harvest, and in the winery ferments at a controlled temperature, macerated with the skins for 18 days. After aging for 12 months in French oak barrels used, bottled without added sulfites.
PAIRING: filet tartare, sausage, roasted, braised pork.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 ° C
