TASTING NOTES OF La Felisa 2016:
- View: intense cherry red.
- Nose: memories of black fruits, violet and licorice notes of pastry, toffee and vanilla.
- Mouth: Live marked but ripe tannins, long aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
VINES: Bodegas Emilio Moro
GRAPES: 100% fine Tinto.
AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: Prepared according to the criteria of organic farming. 18 days of maceration with the skins.
TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
The Winery
Bodegas Emilio Moro

Since 1987 Bodegas Emilio Moro decided to market their wines beginning with a small winery in the eight tanks were installed, a sheller, cooling equipment for temperature control, a small bottling labeling, all very familiar but with top controls of quality. In 1997 he began work on the actual winery, which ended in September 2001.
