The Winery
Bodegas Emilio Moro

Since 1987 Bodegas Emilio Moro decided to market their wines beginning with a small winery in the eight tanks were installed, a sheller, cooling equipment for temperature control, a small bottling labeling, all very familiar but with top controls of quality. In 1997 he began work on the actual winery, which ended in September 2001.

The 2015 Finca Resalso is sourced from their younger vines, as the range is set according to vine age. It fermented at low temperature with yeasts selected from their own vineyards and matured for four months in a mixture of French and American oak barrels before bottling. 2015 was a generous and ripe vintage, and this bright ruby-colored red has some toasty notes, some aromas of orange peel and plenty of sweet spices. It has bright fruit and soft tannins, with integrated acidity and a polished mouthfeel. 900,000 bottles produced.View more
