Emilio Moro 2018 (Tempranillo)
- View: Cherry red, very intense, with violet flashes.
- Nose: Complex aroma of cocoa, coffee, cinnamon and cherries, intense, expressive and fresh.
- Mouth: Powerful and fleshy but with a honeyed and polished tannin.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero
VINEYARD: Pesquera de Duero, facing southwest. Ages between 12 and 25 years old.
AGING: 12 months in American oak and French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: It is harvested on clay, limestone and gravel soils. The wine macerates with its own skins for 12 days.
How to serve
Since 1987 Bodegas Emilio Moro decided to market their wines beginning with a small winery in the eight tanks were installed, a sheller, cooling equipment for temperature control, a small bottling labeling, all very familiar but with top controls of quality.
