  • Mouth: Powerful and fleshy but with a honeyed and polished tannin.

VINEYARD: Pesquera de Duero, facing southwest. Ages between 12 and 25 years old.

GRAPES: Tempranillo.

AGING: 12 months in American oak and French oak barrels.

PREPARATION: It is harvested on clay, limestone and gravel soils. The wine macerates with its own skins for 12 days.

Since 1987 Bodegas Emilio Moro decided to market their wines beginning with a small winery in the eight tanks were installed, a sheller, cooling equipment for temperature control, a small bottling labeling, all very familiar but with top controls of quality. I had bought it in Bodegas Emilio Moro.
Cherry colour with brown edges. The Ribera del Duero smells like cherry, licorice. It has a slightly sweet taste.
